Lemon Foot Bath
¾ Fill the foot bath with hot water, add 3 lemons.
Cut the lemons (just into the skin) under the water, to allow juices to release into the water.
Then cut all the way through the lemons & scour the flesh with a fork, leave the lemons in & soak your feet.
Allow yourself to deeply exhale and relax.
