Do you suffer with bloating?

Bloating can occur for a variety of reasons.  These may include dietary triggers like gluten, dairy or refined sugars, which may not be healthy for you at this time.

Your liver and gall bladder may need some support.

Maybe your bowels are not working optimally or you have a virus or parasites.

You may be lacking the enzymes your Gut needs to break down the proteins, fats and carbohydrates.  For example, the enzyme lactase to break down lactose (milk sugars).

Stress can also impact digestion, so supporting your nervous system may be of benefit.
